Booking Policy

All bookings must be made online yourself. Upon booking you will be required to pop in your card details. This places a hold on your card to secure your appointment. No money will be taken off your card when booking. You will still pay for your treatment on the day. This is enforce to prevent no shows to my salon.

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling or Cancelling your Appointment

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment via the email or text message you receive when booking. Cancelling or Rescheduling 2 hours before your scheduled appointment may incur a 50% fee of your treatment if the spot cannot be filled.

No Show Policy

Failing to show up to your appointment will incur a 50% fee of your treatment. This is to cover time wasted holding your appointment. Please cancel your appointment. No shows will not be rebooked with our business.

Full Set or Infill?

If you turn up to your appointment with little to no lashes and you have booked in for an infill you will be charge the correct amount on the day. This is to cover time & extra product used in your set. You will be informed before we start your treatment if pricing needs to change.

Guarantee Policy

We always guarantee our work. If you have any problems with your treatment please let us know within two days after your appointment so we can fix the problem.


To guarantee our work you must purchase a lash cleanser and following the aftercare guidelines. Proper after care is needed to maintain the health of your lash extensions. Refunds are not given due to time and product used.


If you have a reaction to your lash extensions we can a assist in removal but no refund is given.
