Before Your Appointment

Please show up on time. There is no need to be 10 minute early. On time is fine.

​

Please remove all make-up for eyelash extension services. 

​

If you are unwell please reschedule your appointment. 

​

Only one person in the treatment room at a time. Please come alone.

​

For lash extensions;

​

Please do not book in if you cannot 

​

- Lay still for 1-2 hours. 

- If you have had an allergic reaction to lash extensions in the past. 

- If you have an eye infection or have had one in the past 4 weeks.

- If you have recently had cosmetic eye surgery such as eyeliner tattoos.

- If you have had a lash lift in the past 6 weeks.

- If you cannot lay on your back for an extended period of time due to injury or pregnancy.

- Your eye are sensitive or prone to redness, swelling, itching or watering.

- You cannot keep your eyes closed.

Please avoid caffeine before your treatment. 

​

Upon booking you will be required to present your card. I do not take money off your card, This is to prevent no shows to my salon.

​

If you no show to your appointment you will be charged 50% of the treatment you have booked in for.

​

It is super easy to reschedule or cancel your appointment via links sent you to via text and email.

​

Please cancel or reschedule 2 hour prior to treatment to avoid a late cancellation fee.
